LOOK was founded in 1989 by twelve photographers. The original idea worked out well: the grouping of the individual archives of each photographer to a bigger stock of images became a success. In the early 90s, the agency established itself as a specialist for travel and sports photography. Since the middle 90s, LOOK opened its doors for new and independent photographers to commercialize their pictorial material through the agency. Today, LOOK focuses on travel, outdoor, active-sports as well as on conceptual photography. Together with our international partners and our personal contacts in advertising, industry, among publishers and magazines, we find the best ways of marketing for the individual pictures and features of our more than 100 photographers.
